Great free software resource for organizing reoccurring tasks and much more!

A Note From Sue

A note from Sue

Hello my friends,
Hope you all are having an amazing summer and had time doing the things you love to do!
Things with me have been busy with work, growing my trusted referral network, educational and senior events this summer, and of course, eating ice cream in limited doses lol!

My husband and I had fun on a boating vacation up near Mackinaw and back to Lk. St. Clair.  It is amazing being so far from home and running into numerous people we know. It is truly a small world.  Lake Huron is so beautiful and blue and is always a treat to be on. We also were able to enjoy some good quality time with family and friends this summer, too.

I’m enjoying rereading and retesting to see my improvements some great books this summer. One of my favorites that I’m re-reading is “Emotional Intelligence 2.0” by Travis Bradberry & Jean Greves. I needed a little tune-up and am so glad to be refreshing the teachings of it. So many reminders to think before we talk or act on something which at times can be hard for some of us.

If you order this book new it comes with a one-time code to take their well-known Emotional IQ test.  For me, it was eye-opening and offered sections of the book to read to improve Emotional IQ (quick read!). I just received a free follow-up online test which I did today and I improved 8 points! It also gave me new things to work on that I’m finding very helpful in improving my relationship with others and myself.

Women using Asena software

Software to Help Make Your Life Easier

For my computer-savvy friends, I wanted to share a great free online software and free phone app that I have been using for many years in my company. It’s called Asana. Many companies and individuals use this powerful software. For the focus here I’m going to share about using it personally

It is a task-oriented program that you can customize into different sections and subjects. Asana is very user-friendly with a lot of free online training. I’d be happy to help too!

Last year I switched it up and added many of my personal tasks. I started entering all my reoccurring tasks around the house into it along with the dates to remind me when they are due.  Everything from washing bed linens, changing toothbrushes, cleaning coffee pots with vinegar, changing out makeup and so many other things that need to be remembered. It has taken so much mental energy out of running my household. I love it and add to it all the time!

Another tab I added is eating healthy, where I make notes and have them pop up periodically. This keeps it fresh in my mind, so I don’t forget things I’ve learned or new habits that I’m trying to develop.
You can customize it in so many ways, it truly is an amazing resource.

I am taking appointments now for:

🌺 Organizing offices, files, and decluttering
🌺 Help to make calls and appointments and to organize your time
🌺 Organizing all your household reoccurring needs in online software that is easy for you to use/or on paper
🌺 Clean up around the yard to get ready for Fall
🌺 Wardrobe change over
🌺 Taking donations to a charity
🌺 Light housekeeping and laundry
🌺 Errand running so you can spend time with your loved ones
🌺 Grocery shopping and putting it away for you
🌺 House watching while you are on vacation or gone for the winter
🌺 And much more!
